Leather Jacket in black soy sauce
1 reg leather jac or few small (make sure leather is ripped off)
thumb size ginger shredded
2 clove garlic
1 tbsp cooking oil
2 tbsp black soy sauce
1 tbsp soya bean paste(tau jio)
1/2 cup warm water
1/2 tsp sugar
dash of pepper
Chopped spring onion
1. Heat oil in saucepan and and stir fry garlic & ginger till fragrant followed by bean paste & black soy sauce.
2. Pour warm water to simmer till bubbled and add fish for flavour to seep through. Add sugar to taste.
3. Lastly, sprinkle chopped spring onion and dash of pepper. Serve.
