Fried peacock bass


Mike was so excited that he nibbled off the tail meat before taking a pic. He brought along his pb he caught the same day as mine to cook for our sunday lunch. I have absolutely no idea how to prepare these fresh water creatures so I leave it to him. He figured out the best way is to fry and top over with savoury sauce. Although it was not so tasty like snapper, I overall still enjoy it :P
